MiYS — Meaningfulness in Youth Sport — is a research project focused on using meaningfulness as a lens to promote more equal opportunities in children’s and youth sport experiences.
The Project: I designed the MiYS logo for a research project at Mary Immaculate College. The aim was to create a visual identity that would appeal to a youth audience while communicating movement, energy, sport, positivity, and inclusion. The concept incorporated the letter “Y” as a central visual element, symbolising youth, movement, happiness, and achievement.
